Job Summary:  

The Claims Processor is the advocate for the insured with the Claims community.  Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on monitoring claims until closure while maintaining a clear channel of communication between all parties.   Interacts with and provides professional support to clients and provides oversight of various claim functions including:  customer service, contact, notification and follow up. 

Minimum Essential Requirements:

• 10 years insurance experience
• FL 2-20 License required
• Insurance coverage terms and conditions knowledge
• Experience in the property and casualty claims process for both commercial and personal lines
• Possess computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to multi task
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to interact well with all levels of management and clients
• Strong communication skills
